Sleepynuts Exchange Policy

At Sleepynuts, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where an exchange is required. Please read our detailed exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

1. One-Time Exchange:

   • We allow a one-time exchange per order to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase.

2. Time Frame:

   • Customers can request an exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery of their order. Unfortunately, requests made after this period will not be entertained.

3. Condition of the Product:

   • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

Return Pickup Service

• To make the process convenient, we provide a return pickup service from your location for all eligible exchange requests.
• Once the product is picked up and inspected, we will process your exchange.

Defective or Wrong Product Received

1. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we are here to resolve the issue. However, to process your request, we require the following:
   • An unboxing video as proof.
   • The video should clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and the defect or error in the product.
2. This helps us ensure that the issue is genuine and allows us to provide a quick resolution.

Non-Exchangeable Items

1. Products purchased during a sale or on discounted prices are not eligible for exchange.
2. All sale item purchases are considered final and are not subject to exchange under any circumstances.

How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Contact our customer support team via email- hello@sleepynuts.com or WhatsApp chat, providing the necessary details such as order number and the reason for exchange.
2. In case of defective or wrong products, share the required unboxing video with our team.
3. Once the request is approved, our team will arrange a pickup and keep you updated throughout the process.
